Leadership
Head of Sales
Sales12+ yrsPremium TravelBengaluruThe role
You own the entire lead-to-booking funnel. You write the playbook, train the consultants, and personally close the first 20 to 30 bookings so you understand every friction point from the inside. This is a hands-on leadership role — you are on calls, not just in meetings.
What you will do
- Build and own the sales process from first contact to confirmed booking
- Define discovery scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and closing playbooks
- Hire, onboard, and coach the Travel Sales Consultant team
- Set and own revenue targets — bookings, conversion rate, average booking value
- Work closely with product to sharpen the handoff from Twinkle, our AI travel companion, to sales
- Establish CRM hygiene standards and pipeline visibility across the team
What we are looking for
- 12 or more years in travel sales, with clear experience selling premium or luxury holidays above ₹2 lakh per person
- Has built or rebuilt a sales team from scratch before
- Deep understanding of the Indian premium traveller — their triggers, their hesitations, their expectations
- Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven sales management
- Not a meetings person — someone who still picks up the phone and closes

Head of Growth and Performance Marketing
Performance Marketing10+ yrsD2C or TravelBengaluruThe role
You own paid acquisition end to end — Meta, Google, creative strategy, landing pages, and CAC targets. You are not a brand marketer who has dabbled in performance. You have run campaigns at meaningful spend and can show the numbers that resulted.
What you will do
- Own paid channel strategy and budget allocation across Meta and Google
- Lead creative briefing and testing — 30 or more ad variants per month, structured A/B logic
- Build and optimise dedicated landing pages per campaign and audience segment
- Set up offline conversion feedback loops from our CRM back into Meta and Google
- Define CAC, ROAS, and cost-per-qualified-lead targets and report weekly
- Explore and pilot new channels — WhatsApp Ads, YouTube, influencer performance
What we are looking for
- 10 or more years in performance marketing, with proven D2C or travel brand experience
- Has managed monthly ad spends of ₹20 lakh or more independently
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just dashboards
- Understands attribution, pixel setup, conversion APIs, and offline event matching
- Can brief creative teams with precision and judge creative quality objectively

Mid-Level
Travel Sales Manager
Sales5–8 yrsPremium TravelTarget-BearingThe role
You carry a booking target. You lead the consultant team on the floor, handle the high-value discovery calls personally, and work closely with operations to turn a brief into an itinerary the traveller says yes to. This is the single most important hire for closing the leads already in the pipeline.
What you will do
- Own and hit a monthly bookings target — number of trips confirmed and total booking value
- Handle discovery calls for high-value leads, understanding the traveller deeply before proposing anything
- Brief the itinerary and operations team with a clear traveller profile and trip requirement
- Follow up persistently and intelligently — not just once, not just by call
- Mentor and manage 2 to 3 Travel Sales Consultants
- Maintain full pipeline visibility in the CRM with accurate stage updates
What we are looking for
- 5 to 8 years in premium or luxury travel sales — agency, OTA, or DMC background preferred
- Has personally closed holidays above ₹1.5 lakh per person repeatedly
- Excellent on the phone — can build trust quickly and ask the questions that matter
- Familiar with itinerary tools, CRM platforms, and structured follow-up practices
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about travel

Marketing Manager
Brand and Content6–7 yrsDigital FirstTravel or LifestyleThe role
You own the brand voice, content calendar, and organic presence of The Holidays AI. You think in stories and campaigns, brief creative partners with clarity, and understand how content drives qualified discovery — not just impressions. You connect the dots between brand and revenue.
What you will do
- Own the monthly and quarterly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the blog
- Brief and manage creative agencies and freelancers — copy, design, video
- Build and manage the influencer and creator programme, from identification to delivery
- Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO content strategy in collaboration with the product team
- Track organic performance — traffic, engagement, lead attribution — and report weekly
- Represent the brand tone consistently across all external communications
What we are looking for
- 6 to 7 years in brand or digital marketing, ideally in travel, lifestyle, or consumer tech
- Strong writing ability — can brief and edit copy to a high standard, not just approve it
- Experience managing creative agencies and holding them accountable on timelines and output quality
- Understands the difference between content that looks good and content that converts
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup — owns outcomes, not just tasks
- Bonus: prior experience building a creator or influencer programme from scratch

CRM and Revenue Operations Manager
RevOps4–6 yrsCRMPipeline AnalyticsThe role
You make every lead visible. You build and own the CRM, define pipeline stages, set follow-up SLAs, and produce the weekly conversion dashboard the leadership team reads every Monday. Without this role, leads disappear into inboxes and spreadsheets. With it, every lead has an owner, a status, and a next action.
What you will do
- Set up and own the CRM from scratch — define the tool, configure the pipeline, and build it for scale
- Define and enforce pipeline stages, lead scoring criteria, and follow-up SLAs
- Build weekly and monthly dashboards: leads by source, conversion by stage, revenue in pipeline
- Integrate lead sources — Meta, Google, WhatsApp, website forms — into one pipeline view
- Identify where leads are dropping and surface those insights to the sales and marketing teams
- Manage the toolstack: CRM, dialers, WhatsApp business tools, email sequences
What we are looking for
- 4 to 6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or CRM management
- Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining a CRM end to end — configuration, pipeline logic, and team adoption
- Strong data skills — can build a clean dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
- Understands the full lead lifecycle from ad click to closed booking
- Detail-oriented and process-driven — gets frustrated when data is messy or incomplete
